1 · About Lumirror

Lumirror (玄鏡) is a reflection and entertainment app inspired by traditional Chinese culture. Explore BaZi, daily insights, oracle lots and AI-assisted conversations. Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection — they are not professional advice.

2 · Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lumirror.

3 · Your account

You can create an account with your email, or continue with Google or Facebook. Keep your sign-in safe — activity under your account is your responsibility. Provide only information you are authorized to use. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account anytime in the app or via our website; deletion covers your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4 · Service availability

There are no purchases or subscriptions. Usage limits are shown in the App. Your mobile or internet provider may charge for connectivity. We may add, change or remove features over time; we provide appropriate notice of material changes.

5 · Acceptable use

Do not use Lumirror to break the law, harm or harass others, submit information you have no right to provide, force the AI into producing harmful content, bypass usage limits or disrupt the service. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information into conversations.

Do not scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the service without authorization. One account per person, please.

6 · AI content disclaimer

Readings are AI-assisted and for entertainment and self-reflection. They may be inaccurate. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and they do not predict the future with certainty. Decisions you make remain yours. Seek qualified advice for important decisions.

If a reading feels off, use Report content in the app.

7 · Intellectual property

The Lumirror app, its original design and content library belong to the operator and its licensors. Your own submitted content remains yours; you permit processing needed to provide the service. AI responses may not be unique or protected by copyright. Respect third-party rights when using or sharing content.

Readings you receive are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.

8 · Limitation of liability

Lumirror is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content. This does not affect liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9 · Changes & ending use

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with appropriate notice, or restrict access for misuse. You may stop using Lumirror and request account deletion anytime.

Uninstalling alone does not delete your account. See Delete account for the process and Privacy Policy for retention details.

We may terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10 · Your rights & contact

Mandatory consumer and data protection rights in your place of residence remain available. Contact us with questions or concerns so we can work toward a resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Lumirror developer entity is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
