1 · Who we are

Lumirror (玄鏡) is a reflection and entertainment app inspired by traditional Chinese culture. Explore BaZi, daily insights, oracle lots and AI-assisted conversations. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2 · What we collect

Your account. If you sign up with email, we store your email address and a securely hashed password. If you choose Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook, the provider shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use this only to create and sign you into your account — we never post to your social accounts. Your account is identified by an internal user ID.

Your birth profile. Your nickname, gender, birthday, birth time (or unknown-time status) and birthplace. We use these to calculate your BaZi chart and personalize the insights you request. Selected birthplace coordinates may be used for true solar time calculations — we do not continuously track your location.

Your activity. Questions you type, conversation context, oracle lots, charts, readings, timestamps and usage records. These let us provide your answers, show your history and investigate failures.

Keeping Lumirror running. Essential request times, processing status and duration, plus any details you choose to send to support.

What we do not need: your passwords in a conversation, payment credentials, identity-document numbers, precise home address or unrelated sensitive information. Only share information you are authorized to provide.

Usage statistics and diagnostics. We collect app interactions (such as the features you use), crash logs, basic diagnostics (such as app version and device model), and a device identifier. Usage statistics are processed on our behalf by Google Analytics for Firebase (Google), solely to help us understand how the app is used and to fix crashes, keep the service stable, and prevent abuse. Google processes this data for us as a service provider — it is not used to advertise to you.

3 · How we use your data

We use your data to provide your charts and readings, keep your saved results, identify your account, answer support requests, and keep the service working and safe. You can decline optional information; a feature may not work if it depends on missing details.

We do not build advertising profiles and we do not personalize ads.

4 · What we never do

We will never sell your personal data, share it for advertising, or post anything on your behalf. If you choose to share a result yourself, review it before sending.

5 · AI readings & reporting

Interpretations in Lumirror are generated with the help of AI, for entertainment and self-reflection. Your reading request is processed by our AI service provider solely to generate your answer — nothing more.

We use your question, necessary conversation context and relevant birth-profile details to generate your reading. We do not send direct account identifiers where they are not needed.

If anything in a reading feels wrong or offensive, use Report content right inside the app — you never have to leave Lumirror to reach us. We review every report.

6 · Security, retention & deletion

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and kept only while your account is active. Deleting your account removes all of it — account information, birth profile, BaZi charts, daily insights, oracle results and AI conversations — you can do this yourself in the app (Me → Account → Delete account), or via our website. Anonymous abuse reports are kept for safety and audit purposes only.

7 · Your rights, wherever you live

You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, and ask about automated processing. Your local rights and complaint channels remain available to you.

The contact route is support@sdihi.com. We ask only for the information reasonably needed to match a request to your account. You can also ask to delete specific records without closing your account.

8 · Age requirement

Lumirror is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has supplied personal information, please contact us.

9 · Permissions, storage & changes

You can enter your birthplace manually. Device permissions are requested when a feature needs them, and you can manage them in Android settings. Local storage may keep login state and preferences; uninstalling the App does not delete server-side data.

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. Its host may process access logs to serve and secure the site.

If we make material changes, we update this page and show a notice in the app before they take effect for you.
